Thom is one smart cookie. As a Industrial Psychologist and Cultural Anthropologist, Thom teaches brands who they are, basically. His experience lies in consulting with companies to develop and align their cultures around strategic clarity. He's helped countless businesses connect with the consumer authentically and he helps us bring that vision to all of our clients. He was a founding partner of Correggio Group and spent six years on the global executive team at Wieden + Kennedy, which, yes, we were namedropping just then, did you notice? Thom considers himself a culture junkie and is a fan of just about any artisanal food, water skiing (and he's got the calves and biceps to prove it) and his adorable boxer pup, Becca. And so are we.
